It is with great pleasure that we welcome Julien Deschamps as a new PhD in our group ! Through his studies, Julien became interested in composite materials. Passionate about space-related topics since childhood, he became interested in materials behavior through his studies.During his engineering master, he participated in several projects that allowed him to develop skills in the fields of 3D design, advanced modeling and composite materials science.
He then chose to reconcile his personal and scientific interests through his PhD project METEOR 4D (Modular mEta composiTE mORphing) by joining the BIONICS GROUP to work on innovative solutions for the space industry.
