What a great pleasure it has been to welcome our Japanese colleagues Pr Ryosuke Matsuzaki (Tokyo University of Science), Naruki Ichihara and Yuki Asano, (Nihon University), to Lorient over the last few days! Project progress, technical discussions on processes, 3D printing, 4D printing, parametric optimisation, topological optimisation etc…. interesting, relevant and dynamic discussions!
And of course, time to discover the environment and ecosystem of Lorient (ocean racing, composites, high performance, etc.) as well as culinary specialities of course.
