La semaine dernière nous avons eu le plaisir d’accueillir l’association Graine d’Océan dans nos laboratoires de recherche à l’IRDL, Université Bretagne Sud. Une occasion d’échanger autour de la science et de partager nos travaux sur des thématiques fascinantes : l’estran, l’espace, les matériaux innovants et la fabrication additive.
L’équipe de recherche Bionics (Pauline, Julien, Jean-Baptiste, Quentin, Yvon, Enzo et Mathieu) a été ravi de présenter nos sujets de stages / thèse et de voir l’intérêt suscité par ces sujets qui nous rapprochent, entre passionnés et curieux du monde de l’estran.
Merci aux membres de Graine d’Océan d’avoir répondu à l’appel pour cette visite et cet échange enrichissant ! Ces moments sont essentiels pour faire le lien entre la recherche académique et le public, et montrer comment nos travaux participent à une meilleure compréhension de notre monde.

Last week we had the pleasure of welcoming the Graine d’Océan association to our research laboratories at IRDL, Université Bretagne Sud. It was an opportunity to discuss science and share our work on some fascinating topics: the foreshore, space, innovative materials and additive manufacturing.
The Bionics research team and I were delighted to present our research and to see the interest aroused by these subjects, which bring us together as enthusiasts and those curious about the world of the foreshore.
Thank you to the members of Graine d’Océan for responding to the call for this visit and this enriching exchange! These events are essential for building bridges between academic research and the general public, and showing how our work contributes to a better understanding of our world.
We look forward to meeting up again for an outing on the foreshore with the whole team!
